MECH-FLEX
A flexible connection solution for fire sprinkler systems, designed for quick and easy installation without sparks from welding. The flexibility of the product construction allows smooth bending, precise sprinkler head positioning, easy relocation, and accurate alignment with the required installation point.
What is MECH-FLEX?
MECH-FLEX is a flexible sprinkler hose under the MECH brand, commonly known in Thailand as “MECH-FLEX.” It is designed to connect branch piping to fire sprinkler heads through a threaded connection, enabling quick and easy installation without sparks associated with conventional welding.
Its flexible shape allows the hose to be bent, repositioned, and relocated for accurate sprinkler head alignment. The system is installed together with a bracket set that securely supports the sprinkler head at the required ceiling position.
MECH-FLEX is designed in accordance with applicable NFPA requirements, UL Listed and FM Approved, and backed by USD 2 million in product liability insurance.

What Problems Does MECH-FLEX Solve?
“Minimizing Coordination Conflicts Between Ceiling and Fire Sprinkler Works”
MECH-FLEX helps minimize coordination conflicts between ceiling installation and fire sprinkler piping. Its flexible design allows sprinkler heads to be positioned, aligned, and relocated to suit changes in ceiling levels or sprinkler locations, helping reduce rework during installation.
Manufactured from corrugated 304 stainless steel, MECH-FLEX is available in spiral and annular configurations, with both braided and unbraided options. The system includes threaded components such as an inlet nipple and a straight or elbow discharge outlet. The elbow discharge outlet is suitable for confined ceiling spaces with a minimum clearance of approximately 13.5 cm.
Available in lengths of 700, 1,000, 1,200, 1,500, and 1,800 mm, MECH-FLEX can be selected to suit various installation requirements. Depending on the product model, it is designed to comply with applicable NFPA requirements and may carry internationally recognized approvals, including UL, FM, VdS, CCC, and LPCB.
By reducing pipe cutting, material waste, rework, and installation delays, MECH-FLEX helps minimize hidden costs associated with extended project timelines.
